If the garment is beyond repair and we are unable to replace the garment we will credit you in full for that garment.

You can purchase our products with the safety and peace of mind that we take pride in our work and that we will look after you.

If you are dissatisfied with the garment and wish to return it for a repair/replacement, or credit, then you must return the garment within 30 days from invoice, in an unwashed, unworn, and unaltered state with its original swing ticket and invoice.

You can call our head office to arrange return of the faulty garment, or call your local representative to discuss a solution.
