Mr Charles has in place a guarantee policy to give you that extra peace of mind when placing an order with us.

Mr Charles fully guarantees all garments ordered online with a replacement or full refund policy. You can purchase our products with the safety and assurance that we take pride in our work and that we will look after you.

If you are dissatisfied with the garment and wish to return it for a replacement or refund you must return the garment within 30 days from invoice. It must be in an unwashed, unworn, and unaltered state with its original swing ticket and invoice. Please make sure you clearly state your name, address, and telephone number so that we may contact you.

Generally garments have a lead time of 6 weeks when produced in our factory.

Fabric availability,
Is it a stock item.
Is it made off shore
